At the beginning of each month, a 50 or 30 stock portfolio is created based on a proprietary ranking system.
To be eligible for the Top 50 or 30 portfolio, stocks must meet the following requirements:
Closing price >= $3.00
Overall StockScouter score > 7
Stocks are ranked via a combination of their Overall StockScouter scores and their Style, Sector and Size scores.
The Top 30 Portfolios utilize the same methodology except that they restrict the stocks to either market capitalization category or dividend requirement.
